These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in SMS messaging programs operated by Resonance Studios LLC on behalf of its partners and clients.
1. Program Description
Resonance Studios LLC operates SMS messaging programs on behalf of its clients, including faith organizations and community groups. These programs include but are not limited to:
Get Coffee with the Pastor — A program that allows individuals to schedule a casual one-on-one coffee meeting with a church pastor before their first visit. Participants receive scheduling confirmations, meeting reminders, and follow-up messages via SMS.
Plan Your Visit — A program that helps individuals plan and prepare for a first visit to a client church. Participants receive visit confirmations, greeter introductions, day-of reminders, and follow-up messages via SMS.
2. How to Enroll
You enroll in our SMS programs by voluntarily interacting with a Click-to-Messenger or Click-to-Instagram ad on Facebook or Instagram and completing the automated conversation flow. By providing your phone number during the flow, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your requested meeting or visit.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled interaction. You will typically receive no more than 4–5 messages per scheduled event, which may include:
A confirmation message when your meeting or visit is scheduled
A reminder message 24 hours before your meeting or visit
A reminder message the morning of your meeting or visit
A follow-up message after your meeting or visit
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are sent via standard carrier networks. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending and receiving text messages depending on your plan. Resonance Studios LLC is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages from any of our programs at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you re-enroll.
To re-enroll after opting out, contact us at the information provided in Section 7.
6. Support
If you need assistance with any of our SMS programs, reply HELP to any message you receive. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 7 below.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the top of this document.
10. Limitation of Liability
Form & Function LLC and its clients are not liable for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by mobile carriers, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control. SMS messaging is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed to be the sole means of communication for any scheduled event.
