  • Information about your prior interaction with our clients' organizations (e.g., first-time visitor status)

This information is collected through automated conversation flows in Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messages, initiated when you tap one of our ads. You provide this information voluntarily by participating in the conversation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

  • To schedule and coordinate meetings or visits on behalf of our clients

  • To send you confirmation messages, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your scheduled meeting or visit

  • To prepare our clients' staff with relevant context before your meeting or visit

  • To maintain an internal record of your interaction for relationship management purposes

We do not use your information for general marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes unrelated to your specific request.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and completing our conversation flow, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Resonance Studios LLC on behalf of its clients. These messages may include:

  • Reminders prior to your scheduled meeting or visit

  • Brief follow-up messages after your meeting or visit

Message frequency will vary based on your scheduled interaction but will typically not exceed 4–5 messages per scheduled event.

4. Information Sharing

Resonance Studios LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Your information may be accessed by the following parties solely in connection with your requested meeting or visit:

  • Staff of the client organization directly involved in your meeting or visit

  • Resonance Studios LLC team members managing campaign technology on behalf of the client

All parties with access to your information are required to handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to use it only for the purposes described above. We do not share your information with any other third parties unless required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely within the platforms used to manage our outreach campaigns, including Manychat, Zapier, Google Sheets, and church or organization management software. Each of these platforms maintains their own security standards and data protection practices.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
